Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the_6drops_of_moon@yahoo.com and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

Refunds
If your claim is approved, we will offer:

• A replacement item (if available), or
• A full or partial refund.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was our responsibility.
